Beyond just late on this video I’m aware but if you see this. What do you mean get it under contract and once I know that. Where do I find people to sell that contract to and wouldn’t i technically lose money on it every time because id buy the messed up property for cheaper than the avg prices around it and then it’d just get flipped and sold for way more every time wouldnt it?
